Carefully cut out the pages of an old book using a razor blade. Use masking tape reinforce the binding. Using a variety of printed paper, modge podge the cover. Allow to dry. Create pages for the book by stapling a booklet together in the center. Hot glue the pages to the inside binding, and the outer pages to the book cover and back.
